When entering MANCAT gates from Ashton Old Road:
If you cannot walk far or are in a wheelchair:
Drive forward to the Tee junction and drive into the car park immediately facing you in front of the Whitworth Building. Remove a cone and park up. The entrance takes you straight into the reception area where you can ask for the location of the fitness suite.
If you can walk a reasonable distance:
Drive forward to the Tee junction, turn left, drive as far as the right hand turning, turn right and travel right around the back of the buildings (including a bus driver training school) until you arrive at the rear car park. Drive up to the disabled spaces, remove a cone and park up. The exit path is through some trellising, past some pergolas along a path at the side of the restaurant (glass windows) and entry through the restaurant doors. The reception is ahead on the left where you can ask for the location of the fitness suite.
